So I’m doing a hybrid of t25 and body beast, and today was alpha cardio. I forgot how hard t25 really was. Today was day two of my plan, and I can’t wait to see what the rest of the plan brings me and results.

Happy first day of fall everyone! So many holidays are around the corner. Make sure that you keep control of your eating habits, but don’t be afraid to indulge yourself every once in awhile. And remember, you are beautiful!

Something I struggle with some days is my body image. I look at myself in the mirror and only criticize what I see. This is something i am definitely working hard to overcome. You got to love yourself!

So I’m getting back on my paleo diet after slowly easing into it this past week. I’m going all the way in starting today and that starts with this delicious kiwi I am currently eating. Nom!

Man! Day four of Body Beast. Shit is getting real! I’m really loving it. I highly recommend it on what I’ve done so far.

So I’ve been MIA for the last month… I was in training in California! I’m done now just finished up some admin things here then I’ll be on my way back home and return to my regular posts!

Also on the 1st I’m going to start Paleo again so that should be fun!!
